If your product is defective in anyway please call us for a replacement and a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Defective goods will be replaced for the first
14 days. After 14 days you should coordinate the return with the manufacturer. The
shipment expenses for returning an item larger than a 37" TV will be paid by us;
shipping for smaller items are to be paid for by the customer. In all cases we will
pay the shipping of the replacement product. You cannot return a defective good
for a refund, only a replacement. All returns must be in a resalable condition including,
original packaging and packaging materials, all cords, cables, and documentation.
Warranty card completed will void the return. Customers refusing a shipment without
prior authorization and an RMA will be responsible for restocking fees and shipping
charges.
Non-defective
returns are subject to pre-approval on a case by case basis and if approved are
subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective return requests need to be made in
the first 14 days from the ship date. You must get a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) prior to making a return. All shipping charges related to approved non-defective
returns are the responsibility of the customer. Customers refusing a shipment without
prior authorization and an RMA will also be responsible for restocking fees and
shipping charges.

Suitability Before Buying
Please ensure
that you have verified the product specifications and compatibility by visiting
the manufacturer's web site before purchasing the item. Bright and Sleek cannot
accept returns of items for the reason that the products do not meet expectations
and specifications that are not in line with the manufacturer's product specifications
and intended use.
Some products have a special returns policy that is different from the one above.

Please click
on the link and carefully read the policy prior to ordering. Additionally, in a
few instances, the manufacturer's warranty policy may prohibit us from accepting
a return or performing a replacement because the manufacturer may insist on dealing
directly with the customer to attempt to repair the unit prior to authorizing a
replacement. The returns and replacements are performed by their own customer service
departments which do not allow open box non-defective returns.
Customers must open and inspect Plasma Displays and LCD TVs immediately upon receipt.
Any box damage must be noted on the bill of lading. Damaged Plasma items or LCD
TVs must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
ALL SALES ARE
FINAL ON EXTENDED WARRANTIES, PROJECTOR LAMPS, PROJECTOR SCREENS AND SPECIAL ORDER
PRODUCTS.
